Anna Donald paints 
Whilst I enjoy all your work, I was particularly “taken” by this painting. I feel that’s partly because of the mauve/purple toning, which is lovely (it’s soothing, yet quite unusual). But also, this painting gives a strong sense of the depth of the landscape – a sense of looking across an expanse from the grass in the foreground to the trees in middle-ground and the hills and clouds beyond. I think it would be wonderful to have the talent to create an object of beauty like this.
